Yesterday event number 3 of the Wahu Grom Comps wrapped up at Kiama. A few of the little Southend grommets got involved and surfed well. Unfortunately Tye Koolis just missed on semis, in the early rounds he surfed good as usual but was just unlucky to not get a spot in the semis ( his dad wished away all of his luck to make sure souths won the grand final ). Koda Killorn came in with a 4th place in the under 12 division and after taking out his Semi he was on track to jag an even better result until huey switched the wave machine off in the final. And the best result of the day goes to super grom Jake Feher who came 2nd in the under 8 division with some long right & left handers. WELL DONE GROMMETS.
