Yes the mid-season break is done and now we come into the business end of the season. With 3 comps to left to run in 2014 (2 at Maroubra and 1 Forster) a good placing at this event was critical. Especially since we have missed a comp or 2 already this year.
Those competitors that turned up on a pretty grey wet saturday morning scored some super fun 3ft waves in the bowl at Southend. We kicked off the day with the B Grade Final which was held over from comp 3 in May. Rod Feher started his morning the best way possible out gunning Karo and Rich to win his maiden Southend comp win.
