Entries are OPEN and comp is scheduled for this Saturday 16th May at Maroubra Beach. Head over to LiveHeats to register if you already haven’t – https://liveheats.com/events/498281
At this stage conditions are looking fun with head high waves predicted. Winds will be a little tricky light offshore early before going cross / onshore. We will definitely find a peak on the beach that is contestable.
*Please note that sign up to the event CLOSES ON THURSDAY 14th 7PM and you will need to register PRIOR to be able to surf. Please message us on Instagram if you have any questions with sign-on.
Southend Micros Division Surfers
We were unlucky with the surf last event but this weekend looks more promising for the groms. Please meet at the main tent at 11.00 am for a 11:15 start.
As mentioned in previous newsletters we are stoked to have LGS onboard again for 2026. Big thanks to Lars, Brenda and Wacka for the continued support of this division. This division is a perfect stepping stone for the groms before they move into the Cadets divisions.
