Hi Everyone,
We are providing notice that the 2025 AGM for Southend Boardriders Club will be held at the Surfing NSW Offices at Maroubra Beach, on Sunday 9th February, 2025 – starting at 3.00pm.
At the meeting there will be a review of 2024, followed by the financial statement. We will then be electing Committee Members for 2025 – so this is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is looking to join the team to help in the running the club!
We will be looking to also introduce more non committee positions to help share the workload through the year. As the old saying goes “many hands make light work”. These positions are open for anyone who is looking to assist without taking on an official committee positions. Roles include micro co-ordinator, transport and comp set up, gear stewards, catering + bbq, social media and events manager.
There will also be an opportunity for everyone to share feedback on how 2024 went and share any suggestions that we can take on board for 2025.
We should be able to wrap it up in an hour and will be putting on cold refreshment after the meeting.
