The PRDnationwide Perez Real Estate Southend Comp 3 is on this coming Saturday. The conditions are looking very similar to our first comp, with sunshine all day, light W winds but only very small swell out of the south-east that will sit somewhere the 1-2ft range.

The day promises to be another pearler for the battle of the grommets, looking for glory as the 2019 PRDnationwide Perez Real Estate champions for their division.

First heat of the day will be Cadet Boys, in the water at 7:30am. With a high tide around 6:30am, we are planning on getting the Micros into the water on the dropping mid-tide around 9:30am. Around this time we’ll also hand out the 2019 Hoodies for everyone who purchased one.

The hot food and drinks on the day are of course provided courtesy of PRDnationwide Perez Real Estate Maroubra. Come down at 8:30am to get the Bacon & Eggs hot off the BBQ (remember to bring your own cup).

Reminder: To register and surf on Saturday, make sure you jump online to www.liveheats.com/southendboardriders before Friday afternoon 4pm. All heats will be drawn on liveheats on Friday afternoon after 4pm – that is including the micros.

Keep an eye on liveheats to check your heat times throughout the day and of course the Southend Instagram and Facebook to see where we are surfing and for any last minute updates. Chances are the tents will be set up toward the skate park or near Maroubra surf club depending on the banks and advice from the lifeguards.
